I decided to study Hospitality and Catering at Hugh Baird College due to the success stories I’d heard off previous students who studied here. I now currently work at the Crowne Plaza Hotel as a Commis Chef, I wouldn’t have been able to secure my role at the Hotel without the experience and skills I’d learn’t in the L20 Hotel School at the College. It was great to learn in a restaurant and kitchen rather than a classroom.

Whilst I was studying at the College, I was lucky enough to visit Spain twice to learn about Spanish food and drink. Back at College we were constantly working with various guest chefs teaching us how to prepare, cook and serve a variety of different dishes. I didn’t just get an education at Hugh Baird College, I got a career!
