Floral Design at Hugh Baird College
Alongside the design aspect, is the opportunity to learn the processes of inspecting new stock, displaying floristry goods effectively and negotiating costs when buying and planning for events. The courses are highly practical and students will have the chance to discover more about the industry through work placements and in our own retail outlet, L20 Flowers.

Floral Design Technician Wins Place at RHS Chelsea Flower Show
Hugh Baird College Floral Design Technician, Emma Kelly, won a place at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show after coming second in the regional heats of the BFA Young Florist of the Year competition in Harrogate.
