Stylists at L20 The Salon through to L’Oréal Colour Trophy Grand Final
Stylists at our L20 The Salon are celebrating after being named as finalists in one of the UK’s most prestigious hairdressing competitions.
The L’Oréal Colour Trophy is the longest running hairdressing competition in the world and each year attracts entries from more than 5,000 professional stylists from across the UK and Ireland.
Hosted at the Titanic Hotel’s Rum Warehouse venue in Liverpool, 65 of North West England’s brightest, fashion focussed hairdressers competed in three categories in the North West heat of the L’Oréal Colour Trophy Awards.
The entrants had only 30 minutes to create their fashion inspired, flawless winning look to impress the elite group of judges.
L20 The Salon stylists Rebecca Rees-Cormack and Jade Carthy and their model Daniel Snape were victorious in the L'Oréal Colour Trophy Men’s Image Award category and will now compete at the highly acclaimed Grand Final in London on 5th June 2017.
Danielle Shaw, L20 The Salon Manager, said:
“Getting through to the grand final reinforces our place as one of the region’s top salons.”
“Our staff are exceptionally passionate about their work and I am ecstatic that their enthusiasm and skills have been recognised by such a prestigious and well known competition as the L’Oréal Colour Trophy.”
“We’re now looking forward to the grand final in London and showing the UK the amazing talent we have in Liverpool.”
Rebecca Rees-Cormack, L20 The Salon stylist and joint L'Oréal Colour Trophy Men’s Image Award finalist, said:
