Join us for a conference exploring Hugh Baird College's Association for Colleges RCU Beacon Award for Support for Students win and the practice behind it.

The day opens with a welcome from Principal Rachael Hennigan OBE, setting out the college's strategic vision, before delegates hear the story of our journey from application to winners, including the milestones, challenges and successes along the way.

Sessions throughout the day cover inclusive practice in depth, from high needs funding applications and SEN strategies to effective classroom support and provision for young people who are NEET. The afternoon features a showcase of EduScrum in action, demonstrating real-world learning approaches for entry-level students, alongside an exploration of how Hugh Baird achieved its Ofsted Outstanding judgement in High Needs provision.

A Lunch and Learn session gives delegates the chance to network and explore the marketplace over lunch, and the day closes with programme overviews, open Q&A and final reflections.
