Course Details

Our BTEC Extended Diploma in Business Level 3 is the perfect gateway to a future in business, equivalent to 3 A-levels and delivered over two exciting years.

Throughout the course, you'll dive into a wide range of business topics, from launching your own startup to managing teams and creating impactful marketing campaigns. Assessment is varied, with assignments, controlled assessments, and reports that will challenge you to demonstrate your growing expertise.

The carefully selected units will equip you with practical business skills, covering areas like event management, customer service, and international business. As you progress, you’ll refine your ability to think critically and strategically, learning to evaluate, assess, and defend your decisions with confidence.

We believe the best way to understand business is to experience it firsthand. That’s why we offer a variety of trips and guest speaker events throughout the course, giving you the chance to hear from industry professionals and gain invaluable insights. Plus, our work experience opportunities allow you to apply what you’ve learned in real-world settings, ensuring you're ready to hit the ground running in the business world.

As part of the course students will have the chance to take part in the Peter Jones Foundation “Tycoon Competition”, which is a unique national enterprise competition for students up to the age of 18.
