Course Details

Our BTEC Extended Diploma in Business Level 3 course is equivalent to 3 A-levels and is delivered over two years. Over the course you will study units connected to the many aspects of business, including how to start your own business, how to manage a team, and how to develop marketing campaigns. All units are assessed through a variety of methods such as assignments, controlled assessments and reports.

The chosen units will enable you develop and use a wide range of business skills connected to event management, customer service and allow you to delve into the complex world of international business. You will build on your higher level thinking skills, including how to evaluate, assess and justify your opinions. 

We believe the best way to learn about businesses, are to visit them and hear about them from the people within them. Therefore, we have a range of trips and guest speakers booked in throughout the course, to allow you to learn about business in a hands-on way. All our students also take part in work experience to allow you to put your knowledge into practice.
