Observing other teaching professionals in their training environments enriched me and helped develop my teaching practice greatly.

I met lots of new people with completely different skills and backgrounds. It was very exciting and I have made new friends. I also started to finally believe in myself, increased my confidence and ability in my teaching role.

Our tutors knew what our strengths and weaknesses were and set up challenging but realistic expectations. They supported us all the way in our journey to reach our goals.
