Supporting Teaching and Learning - Level 2

This course gives you the knowledge and skills you need to work directly with children and young people. It's designed for anyone who wants a role supporting pupils' learning in primary, secondary or special schools, or in colleges.

You'll cover:

• Encouraging and supporting positive behaviour
• Building professional, respectful relationships with children and teachers
• Child and young person development Communication skills

You'll also get:

• Paediatric First Aid training, with a certificate of achievement
• A funded Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) application
• A school placement for two days a week from December to March
