Course Details
Our free GCSE English course for adults is ideal if you need it for a job, are looking to change your career or if you’re applying for further or higher education.
Level 2 literacy skills are essential for increasing your scope for further study or employment.
This one year course offers many opportunities to develop your own ideas and abilities using materials specifically designed for learners aged 19 or over.
- Study a novel from the literary heritage.
- Create your own short stories.
- Analyse spoken language gaining research skills needed for further education. Build confidence in public speaking by completing projects that use role play, discussion and presentation skills.
- Examine the ever increasing impact the media (news, TV and radio) has on society.
- Learn how to write an academic essay.
