The FREE online courses vary in length meaning that you can choose the one that best suits your individual circumstances. You do not need any previous qualifications to undertake a course and they are suitable for people of all abilities. Managing a Team

This course describes how to manage team performance using different management models and by identifying the different roles and requirements in a team, as well as understanding motivational theory.

Managing Remote Teams
