Mental Health Awareness - Level 1

This course will:

• Raise your awareness of the issues surrounding mental health difficulties
• Dispel some of the myths and misconceptions frequently linked to mental health issues
• Develop your knowledge of the rights of those with mental health issues

This qualification is appropriate for a wide range of people with an interest in raising their own understanding of mental health issues.

The course will cover a range of areas, e.g. citizenship, PSHE, healthcare, social care, counselling and public services.
