This apprenticeship is ideal for those who work in a sales environment. This can be face to face, inbound and outbound sales.
City and Guilds Sales level 3 (QCF) are for learners who work in, or want to work in sales within workplace where the products and services offered are directed towards other businesses/customers either face to face, inbound telephone and outbound telephone.
Learners will be able to demonstrate time planning, prioritizing information needed for sales, inputting sales information, analyzing sales data, pricing for promotions communicating sales information, handling objections, processing sales orders and customer service in sales. It can also demonstrate skills of monitoring and managing a sales team and recruiting new sales members.
It gives learners the opportunity to:
- Develop knowledge and skills related to the specified job roles in sales, this will include legal and regulatory requirements in sales, sales targets, sales techniques, sales responsibilities and how customer service in used in sales.
