Maths – GCSE

The one year GCSE Maths course is specifically designed for people over 18 who need to improve their grade for personal, professional or educational reasons. A good grasp of essential mathematical concepts and techniques provides an important background to the study of many other subjects, and a GCSE grade C (new grading system: 4) is a requirement for many careers and Further/Higher Education courses.

Assessment will be in the form of 2 exams held in June, a calculator and a non-calculator.

Aged 19+
GCSE English and maths classes are free* for those who do not already have a grade C/4 in these subjects.

The fee for adults who wish to re-take their GCSE in order to improve their grade from a grade C/4 is £362.

*subject to terms and conditions, including 3 years' residency in the UK, EU or EEC.
