Sport - Level 1

This course is a well balanced mix of both practical and theory based units. Participation and personal development plays a major part as opposed to just performance excellence. You will be expected to commit to personal planning and fitness in an outstanding gym based facility as well as take part in sports hall based traditional sports such as badminton and basketball.

Identification of strengths and areas of improvement is an important part of this course. You will study an additional anatomy based module called which explain 'how the body works', a major component at the next course level. With attendance and commitment, you will receive the ideal opportunity to start on a personal journey and career path within the sport and fitness industry.
